What PathwayBrief is

PathwayBrief provides relocation research and planning support in the form of a Relocation Strategy Brief — a PDF document that summarizes immigration pathways relevant to your profile, flags known obstacles, and points to official sources for further research.

What PathwayBrief is not

PathwayBrief is not legal advice. It is not immigration consulting, visa filing assistance, or an official eligibility determination. No information in a PathwayBrief brief should be treated as a legal opinion or used as a substitute for advice from a licensed immigration professional. PathwayBrief does not guarantee any immigration outcome, visa approval, or admission to any country.

What you receive

After submitting a complete intake and completing payment, you will receive a PDF brief delivered by email, typically within 2–3 business days. The brief is manually reviewed before delivery. If clarification is needed or your intake is incomplete, we will contact you by email before finalizing the brief.

If PathwayBrief cannot produce a responsible, useful brief for your profile — for example, if your intake is too incomplete or falls clearly outside all tracked pathways — we may recommend a refund rather than sending a generic report. See our Refund Policy for details.

Accuracy and limitations

PathwayBrief research is based on publicly available official sources. Immigration policies change. The information in your brief reflects the best available data at the time of preparation, but it may not reflect the latest policy updates. You are responsible for verifying all pathway details against current official sources before taking any action.

Payment

Payment is $99 USD, charged once at checkout via Stripe. Payment is processed by Stripe; PathwayBrief does not store payment card details. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

PathwayBrief briefs are prepared for the individual who submits the intake. You may not resell, republish, or represent a PathwayBrief brief as your own work or as official guidance.

Limitation of liability

PathwayBrief and Liberty Edge LLC are not liable for any immigration decision, visa outcome, or consequence arising from your use of or reliance on a PathwayBrief brief. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the brief.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be noted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
