Privacy Policy
Effective May 2026. Operated by Liberty Edge LLC.
What we collect
When you submit a PathwayBrief intake, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, current country of residence, professional background, years of experience, language skills, and location or career preferences. We also receive a Stripe Checkout Session ID when a payment is completed — this confirms payment status. We do not receive or store your card number, bank details, or other payment data; those are handled entirely by Stripe.
How we use it
Your intake information is used exclusively to prepare and review your PathwayBrief Relocation Strategy Brief. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It is not used to build advertising profiles. It is not fed into public datasets or used to train models for purposes unrelated to your brief.
Who sees it
Your intake is reviewed by the PathwayBrief team (currently one person) before your brief is finalized and sent. It is stored on secured infrastructure. No one outside the operating team accesses your intake data except as required by law.
Storage and retention
Intake submissions and the resulting brief are retained to support delivery, answer follow-up questions, and maintain a record of the service provided. If you would like your data deleted after delivery is complete, email support@pathwaybrief.com and we will remove it within 30 days.
Cookies and tracking
PathwayBrief uses the Meta Pixel (provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.) to measure page views and support future advertising campaigns. The pixel may set cookies in your browser and sends page-view data to Meta. No personally identifiable intake data is transmitted to Meta. You can manage your ad preferences at facebook.com/ads/preferences. Basic hosting and deployment analytics (page load counts, error rates) may also be collected by our infrastructure provider, Vercel, without personally identifiable information.
Third-party services
We use Stripe for payment processing, Vercel for hosting, and Meta Pixel for advertising measurement. Each operates under its own privacy policy. We do not control how they handle data on their platforms.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the intake data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or ask us to delete your data after your brief has been delivered. Send requests to support@pathwaybrief.com.
